Development and Application of the Real-time Precipitation Analysis System Based on GIS

  • 摘要: 基于GIS技术,实时雨情分析系统使雨情数据库的数据在GIS平台的电子地图相关监测点上实时显示、动态反映,并且能够以色斑图、曲线图等直观图的形式表现出来,为雨情动态监测信息共享提供了开放的信息空间;同时根据模式预报做出了未来3、6、9、12、15、18、21、24h临近降水预报,以及出现降水后根据实况降水进行后续降水的预测估计,为降水的提前预警提供了依据;同时还实现了任意时间段雨情的智能分析,包括自动生成雨情分析内容和手机短信发送内容。该系统的应用,实现了巴彦淖尔市临近降水预报业务的定时、定点、定量分析,为预报服务人员进行决策服务提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on GIS technology, the real-time precipitation analysis system enables the data of rainfall database in GIS platform on the electronic map-related monitoring point to reflect real-time precipitation dynamically and represent itself in the form of color map, chart, diagram, providing open information for the dynamic rainfall monitoring information sharing. At the same time this system makes the close-to-precipitation forecast possible in the future 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 hours according to the prediction model and the subsequent precipitation forecast easier according to the actual rainfall, truly realizing the early warning of precipitation function. It is also possible for the system to realize the intelligent analysis of any time rainfall, including automatically generating rainfall analysis content and SMS rainfall content. The application of the system will realize the timing, fi xed point, quantitative analysis near the precipitation forecast business so as to assist staff to make correct and timely decisions.
