Abstract:
According to the “China Meteorological Service Industry Development Report (2014)” issued by China Meteorological Service Association, the meteorological service has developed rapidly and the government funding is relatively reduced. The meteorological service market has great potential, and meteorological service companies get unprecedented opportunities. With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology, the public and enterprises have more and more ways to obtain meteorological information. Meteorological service also appeared new model based on mobile social platform, user’s checking experience and intelligent weather equipment. However, China’s meteorological service system is not yet able to effectively meet the needs of the community, The relevant departments need to promote the marketization of meteorological services, and to enhance the sharing of meteorological data, Meteorological services companies need to understand user’s needs in-depth, to actively train the professional meteorological servicers, and to strive to provide users with Professional characteristics of meteorological services.
