Design and Implementation of the Meteorological Data Element Administration System

摘要: 气象数据元是气象数据中不可再分的最小数据单元。气象数据元管理系统是气象数据元及其属性注册、管理、维护和发布的软件平台，可以实现数据元在气象业务全流程环节共享，为确保数据元的“全局”一致提供了支撑。简要介绍了气象数据元的标准和分类，重点阐述了气象数据元管理系统的功能结构和技术框架，具体阐明了一些关键技术的实现：使用目录导航的形式对气象数据元进行分类管理和检索发现，对数据元导入和增加采用不同的属性校验方法，对系统JSP页面的显示控制和URL地址的访问控制采用相应的权限控制方法。

Abstract: Meteorological data element is the smallest indivisible data unit in meteorological data. Meteorological data element administration system is a software platform which can register, administrate, maintain and publish meteorological data elements, share data elements in the meteorological business process and assure the global consistency of all the data elements. In this paper, we introduce the standard and classi fication of meteorological data elements and discuss the functional structure, technical framework and some key technologies of the meteorological data element administration system.
