人工影响天气数据分类与编码设计研究

Study on Classi fication and Coding Design of Weather Modi fication Data

  • 摘要: 人工影响天气数据是气象数据信息的重要组成部分,具有应用针对性强、时效及时迅速、资料连续完整等特点,其需求覆盖天气预报、数据分析、监测与评估和科学研究等多个重要领域。目前,人工影响天气业务使用的数据未形成标准规范,有必要对数据进行合理分类,制定统一的编码标准,予以规范化管理。对人工影响天气数据进行分类和编码,是人影业务现代化事业发展的需要,为气象信息化提供基础数据支撑。针对在人影作业从准备到实施的全业务流程、作业用装备弹药的全生命周期过程中产生的气象数据及其综合分析衍生数据进行研究,按照人影作业阶段、作业目的、装备类别、作业区域等数据属性进行归类,并参照《气象数据分类与编码》(QX/T 151-2012)中的编码原则制定编码标准,适用于人工影响天气资料的收集、处理、存储、归档和服务过程。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of meteorological information, weather modi fication data are characterized by application focus, real time, and continuous integrity. The requirements for weather modi fication data range from weather forecasts, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, to scientific research. At present, the data used by weather modification have not yet sorted into the standard. It is necessary to make a reasonable classi fication and coding standard, to establish a standardized management.It is needed to modernize the weather modi fication. This paper focuses on the research of the meteorological data for weather modi fication and the whole life cycle of the equipment and ammunition. The data should be classi fied by the operation phase, purpose, equipment category, operating area, be referred meteorological data classification and coding, be suitable for the collection, processing, storage, archiving and service process of the weather modi fication data.
