青藏高原天气动力学研究的新进展

New Research Progress in Synoptic Dynamics of the Tibetan Plateau

  • 摘要: 在主导中国青藏高原、西南地区的极端天气、气候事件,以及东移引发中国东部夏季降水的天气系统中,高原天气系统扮演着十分重要的角色,其中以高原低涡、高原切变线和西南低涡为代表的高原低值天气系统(简称低值系统)最为常见。重点回顾了近10年以来高原低值系统天气动力学研究领域的若干新进展,着力梳理了高原低涡动力学、高原切变线动力学、西南低涡的中尺度动力诊断研究、高原低涡与西南低涡耦合作用的动力分析、高原切变线与高原低涡关系的动力学解析、低频振荡对高原低涡的调制作用等高原天气动力学研究领域的前沿科学问题,并基于最新研究成果和相关理论方法、技术手段的发展趋势,展望并提出该领域有发展潜力的一些研究方向,希冀对目前处于弱势的高原天气动力学研究的促进以及新的学科生长点、新概念、新理论的形成能有参考价值和启发意义。

     

    Abstract: The plateau weather systems play a very important role in the extreme weather and climate events leading to the Tibetan Plateau (TP) and Southwest China, as well as in the weather system of summer precipitation in eastern China caused by the eastward movement. Among them, the Tibetan Plateau vortex (TPV), the Tibetan Plateau shear line (TPSL) and the Southwest vortex (SWV) are the most representatives of the low value of weather systems. This paper reviews some new developments in the field of synoptic dynamics of low value systems over the TP in the past 10 years, focusing on the study of TPV dynamics, TPSL dynamics, mesoscale dynamic diagnosis of SWV, dynamic analysis of coupling effect between TPV and SWV, dynamic analysis of relationship between TPSL and TPV, and intraseasonal oscillation on TPV Based on the latest research results and the development trend of related theoretical methods and technical means, some research directions with potential development in this field are prospected and put forward, hoping to promote this weak research subject, as well as the formation of new discipline growth point, new concept and new theory with enlightening significance and reference value.
