Design and lmplementation of Weather Modification Ability Construction Project of Northwest China

摘要: 梳理了西北区域人工影响天气能力建设项目总体设计的思路，归纳了设计中所重点考虑的三个技术系统和技术措施，总结了项目建设模式与经验，可为后续区域人影项目建设提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The general design of Weather Modification Ability Construction Project of Northwest China was briefly described in this paper. The three main technical systems were introduced. The pattern and experience of project construction were summarized. The experience in the actual project implementation process provides reference for the later construction of related projects.
