Based on the town-scale meteorological disaster data and the data of potential disaster points obtained from industry investigation in Yangquan, the following work is carried out: The critical meteorological condition index system of meteorological disasters is summarized according to the classification of industries and disaster types; The spatial distribution characteristics of disaster risks from forest fire and geological disasters induced by rainstorm, severe convection, and rainfall (debris flow, landslide, and collapse) are analyzed in Yangquan; Based on the danger degree assessment and revised by the vulnerability degree of meteorological disasters, the meteorological disaster risk assessment method for each weather type that impacts each key industry is simplified; By docking with the operational weather forecast of the local meteorological bureau, the disaster risk assessment module is set up in the meteorological service platform for different industries in Yangquan, which can automatically carry out meteorological disaster risk pre-assessment of the next 24 hours at a predetermined time.On the basis of meteorological disaster risk pre-assessment and weather forecast, the module is capable of generating industrial impact forecast, either by humancomputer interaction or by automatic generation, for the use of local meteorological disaster prevention.
