Exploration and Practice of Chongqing Smart Meteorology
Chongqing smart meteorology is built on the basis of the “Tianshu” intelligent detection, “Tianzi” intelligent forecast, “Zhitian” intelligent service and “Yutian” Intelligent Disaster Prevention--the “SiTian” system. This paper focuses on the connotation, framework, function and effect of the “SiTian” system. Finally, the outlook of the future development and application of this system is presented.
