Current Situation and Development Trend of Automatic Weather Observation System for Cloudy, Visibility and Weather Phenomena

  • 摘要: 介绍了国外地面气象观测自动化情况,回顾了我国地面气象观测自动化发展历程,特别是地面“云能天”自动化观测相关仪器设备与技术方法,并对我国近年来研发应用的云和多种天气现象综合判识产品、天气现象视频智能观测仪原理和效果进行了阐述。指出地面“云能天”观测技术的发展仍取决于观测仪器与方法的发展,在现有的自动化观测基础上开展智能化观测、社会化观测是未来地面“云能天”观测的发展方向。
    Abstract: In this paper, the development of automation for the surface meteorological observation in foreign countries is introduced, and then the domestic development in this field, especially the products and technologies of the automatic weather observation systems for cloudy, visibility and weather phenomenas are reviewed as well.Furthermore, principles and effects of cloud and multi weather phenomenon comprehensive identification products as well as weather phenomenon video intelligent observation instrument that have been developed and applied in recent years in China are discussed and analyzed.It is pointed out that the development of surface meteorological observation technology still depends on the development of observation instruments and methods.Based on the existing automatic observation, intelligent observation and socialized observation are the direction of the future development of surface meteorological observation.
